Abstract

The author offers a comparative analysis of the social structures of the legal systems that allows to characterize them, in his plurality, with the contributions of sociology and the anthropology. The indigenous legal systems are elevated like an image of the figure of the world of the Indian towns against the formal ways of the right of the state.
