Abstract

Like the title suggests, in the following pages an approximation to Bakunin’s thought is presented. The author starts by pointing out that Bakunin’s anti-theism represents an attack to he hierarchichal authority principle, which is originated in the metaphysical idealism, within which the fiction-divinity is a product of the fear of the unknown. For Bakunin, the author arguments, religion and state are both obstacles for the realization of Man, this is why Bakunin’s idea of Law denies all artificial order, definying Law as the liberation of humanity’s natural development potentialities.
