Abstract

The article that appears analyzes the consequences of the great hegemonic design of continental repercussion that reached its peak with the Latin American dictatorships of the 70’s. The author concentrates itself in the legal implications of this insult; the denominated laws of the forgetfulness: Final Point Law and Due Obedience Act.
