Abstract

This article presents an empirical analysis on policy-level procedural epistemological of tensions between pluralism and universalism. The tenets of action communicative and his ethics are presented as elements of commonality between the two currents in the articulation of a legalpolitical discourse that challenges the ethnocentric perspective.
