Abstract

The process of consolidation of the institutions of law democratic state of right and the possibility of its change, occur by the "democratic revolution". The democratic regime implies the appearance of errors, because being a form of manipulation of the capital to perpetuate the domination, nowadays changes like a problem for the manutentión of the inequide and the illegitimate privileges, consolidating a complex transition in Brazil.
