Abstract

The history of the human rights is a capitalist and liberalist conception, has debated its existence between the myth and history, from its creation like speech to the legal text materialization. Today the myth is counted like a true history, manipulated by the great authors who have served as pillars the hegemonic regime. Liberalism and Capitalism have invented concepts, false speeches, from a "human nature" to the supposed equality that offer these rights trying to demystify this history, is made a study with the critic to this ideology.
