Abstract

The new world order, with a neocolonialist ideology affects to the developing countries and the less developed countries, so that it considers that the concept of sovereignty of the less developped countries or those developing countries, as well as the demands of these nations are a destabilizing potential of the developed countries. For that reason the IMF acts like modeler of the legal systems to avoid attempts of emancipation and legal pluralism by the part of the States that are helped by the IMF and the neocolonialist regime.
