Abstract

The intention of this article is to explore new forms of expression of Biopolitics, arising from the social and political transformations of citizen empowerment, seen as the unwanted effect of neoliberalism, are factors of the development of a malaise and fear of the State, which interrelated, shape new ways of conceiving democracy. This new form is articulated under fake forms that hide these new forms of domination typical of the Hobbesian way of understanding politics.
