Cultural diversity, epistemic pluralism, science and democracy. A review from political philosophy of sciences

Abstract
In this article, I use a Spanish-American perspective from the field of political philosophy of science, to propose an alternative solution to the dilemma between science and democracy, which requires a change in our conception of rationality of science. Cognitive rationality is intrinsically pertinent to the promotion of citizen participation in a republican spirit.
