Abstract
This article examines the socio-political proposal of the french jurist LeonDuguit, in a historical time chaired by the debate over corporatism as possibleand controversial form of welfare state in Europe, in the first half of thetwentieth century. The work begins with doctrinal analysis of this time, continueswith a documentary reconstruction of Duguit theses, and concludeswith an interpretation of the persistence and mutation of corporate and technocraticforms in the twenty-first century political scene.
