Abstract

In 2020, an atypical situation was experienced worldwide caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus pandemic responsible for the COVID-19 disease, for everyone it was the same indication: stay home, wear a face mask, wash frequently hands, healthy distance and avoid constant outings. The pandemic has impacted and modified different areas of life, as well as interpersonal relationships. Now the home not only makes the person feel sheltered and protected, but it has become a fortress and while many wait for the return to normality, there are other people who have developed fear of returning to them, this is known as cabin syndrome. This article considers the definition of this syndrome, the characteristics and symptoms that compose it, as well as some general recommendations that have been made known, in order that they be recognized and can be treated by professionals if they occur. for a long time.
