Abstract

The SARS-Cov-2 virus is the cause of the infectious disease COVID-19. It made its appearance in November 2019 and, given its high rate of infectivity, it has forced governments around the world to establish social distancing and confinement rules to contain it. These rules have invaded the private lives of individuals causing reactions that make their adoption difficult. On the other hand, they increase the stress of individuals, as well as reduce the quality of food and physical exercise, which are related to weight gain. It is necessary to improve the lifestyle, increasing physical activity and improving the quality of food not only as a reaction to COVID-19, but as a daily necessity, to reduce this other pandemic, obesity. This work consists of a review of the risk factors associated with comprehensive health, particularly for the COVID 19 disease with overweight, obesity, healthy eating and exercise through scientific publications in the second half of 2020 at the beginning of the year 2021.
