Abstract

The identification of overweight or obese individuals from the FES ZARAGOZA university community between the ages of 19 and 50 years of age was carried out, as well as the identification of nutritional risk factors such as the absence of breakfast and the frequency of meals per day, which can influence the appearance of overweight and obesity. 192 people participated, of whom 58% were female and 42% male; The data collection instrument was applied: Survey. A relationship between overweight and obesity was identified with the presence of nutritional risk factors such as absence of breakfast and decreased number of meals per day, due to the fact that the number of overweight or obese individuals was those who skipped breakfast and those who made less than three meals a day.
