African Americans and Necrolaw. An Account of the Criminalization of African Americans in the United States

Abstract
This article aims to analyze how laws, public policies and institutions in the United States have institutionalized the death of African-Americans as a State control mechanism. This will be done through a brief historical account of the laws that have enslaved and criminalized African-Americans until reaching the current prison system that profits from the mass incarceration of this minority.
