Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to establish the importance of water for any form of life on this planet; it is primary use and rational use and aware, since it is becoming increasingly more complex bring it to urban centres for the costs involved in all directions (from the technical, economic and ecological point of view). It is a strategic resource that makes fear that in the not so distant future, water becomes a potential source of conflict between people and countries.
