Abstract

In the humanity history always has been fights for the power in all ways. The politic power is just an expression of this fight and for getting and practicing the humanity has looked for many ways to control it.
The history has documented a lot of excess in the power practice, especially in the political power, for this reason, it has been necessary to get limits in order to have a rational political power exercise.
In this sense, it’s necessary to reflect seriously about the origin of all the political power acts, distinguish them, learning them and understand them form several points of view, for getting in this way, an integral analysis model, and for doing a checking of the constitutional canon especially to its control catalog.
