Abstract

The National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) is distinguished by its commitment to research and cultural dissemination, thus contributing to the development and enrichment of knowledge in our nation.

In this context, the Faculty of Law firmly embraces its mission to train the best jurists in the country. With the aim of continuing to encourage both graduates of this esteemed institution and Masters of Laws dedicated to legal science, a new publishing project is being launched, spearheaded by Dr. Raúl Contreras Bustamante, Director of the Faculty of Law.

The Editorial Coordination team, always enthusiastic and committed to its work, embarks on a new phase after the highly successful completion of the publication of the Legal Encyclopedia. This new phase is approached with the same dedication and care that has characterized its work from the very beginning, always alongside its Editorial Director, Dr. Jesús de la Fuente Rodríguez.
The nineteenth volume that we present to you aspires to be a platform that fosters research. Its purpose is to establish itself not only as a source of knowledge for legal specialists and as an academic research resource, but also as an invaluable reference point for legal studies.
