Abstract
The structure of each beginning of the cycle represents the entire year's projects. In 2025, the Law School is firmly committed to promoting research. Our goal is to remain a benchmark in legal studies. Magister Iuris 24, with which we begin 2025, continues to encourage researchers in the Legal Sciences at the UNAM Law School through its Editorial Coordination.
This issue is composed of five articles, each combining a multidisciplinary approach. The first article, "The Role of Didactics in the Teaching of Law in the 21st Century," analyzes the importance that academics should give to teaching processes and the role of new tools for both professors and students in this new digital age, leaving behind the traditional teaching of normative texts.
The following article, "Recommendations for the Drafting of Municipal Regulations in Mexico, from the Regulatory Framework of Legislative Technique," focuses on considering, from the municipal legal perspective, the legislative technique that has not been considered by federal analysis. Another topic analyzed in the following journal article is the human rights situation of migrants and refugees in the Northern Triangle, a very current phenomenon with no current resolution.
Artificial intelligence, as a topical issue, discussed not only in terms of copyright but generally in all disciplines, both legal and the exact sciences, is analyzed in the essay entitled "Artificial Metastasis," which addresses it from the perspective of art and technology. Finally, issue 24 of Magister Iuris closes with a review of Cipriano Gómez Lara's classic work, "General Theory of the Process," which has been extremely important in training generations of lawyers.
With this 24th issue, we begin another year of research-focused publications. We thank our legal community in advance for their participation in the creation of this periodical, as without their contributions, we would not have our journals.
