Análisis experimental de la Anestesia/Analgesia Hipnótica (A/AH): una propuesta interconductista

Resumen
De acuerdo con una perspectiva interconductual, en un trabajo anterior se presentó un modelo para el abordaje de la Anestesia/Analgesia Hipnótica (A/AH) como un fenómeno de Afectación Paradójica Estable que puede ser ubicado como una situación caso perteneciente a la Función Sustitutiva Referencial. Con el objetivo de analizar empíricamente de qué manera los referentes “hipnosis” y “relajación” involucrados en una misma forma de procedimiento (o “inducción hipnótica”) pueden facilitar o interferir con la articulación de la A/AH, se utiliza una metodología que parte de la identificación de Indicadores Verbales (IV) e Indicadores No Verbales (INV) relacionados con el dolor. Para el presente estudio se empleó la Prueba de Presión Fría o PPF. Los resultados mostraron que el uso del referente “hipnosis” puede facilitar la desaparición de los INV y una disminución de los IV, mientras que en el caso del referente “relajación” tanto los INV como los IV disminuyen pero ninguno desaparece.
