Abstract

In this article we made an effort to present, in an inno-vative way, a teaching and learning proposal, from the efficiency approach in the discipline of Administration. We turn to the study of the political, economic and social factors necessary to understand such an approach. In the same way, we use very significant cinematographic and literary instruments to attract and train students in admi-nistrative discipline.
