Abstract

This document identifies and makes a revision of the main contributions of the New Educational Model 2016 presen-ted by the Ministry of Public Education (SEP), exclusively for the teaching of Social Sciences. In addition, it seeks to iden-tify consensus on the reviews gathered during the consulta-tion carried out by the SEP to the Teachers technical boards (Academias) of upper secondary education. Therefore the analysis of the Academias database of the consultation carried out by the Centro de Investigación y Docencia Eco-nómicas (CIDE).

Licenciado en Economía por la UNAM. Ha colaborado en distintos proyectos educativos como la Consulta Nacional sobre el Modelo Educativo 2016 y trabajos de identificación de talento y análisis de la deserción en EMS. Actualmente es Investigador Junior en el Programa Interdisciplinario sobre Política y Prácticas Educativas (PIPE) del Centro de Investigaciones y Docencia Económicas (CIDE).
