El acceso a la información pública en Uruguay

Abstract

In this article the author analyzes the recent legislation num. 18381 on the right to access to information in the Oriental Republic of Paraguay. He delves on the concepts introduced by this law, such as public information, reserved and confidential information and secrecy, among others. Flores-Dapkevicius elaborates on the jurisdictional and administrative actions to access public information related to the content of the law num. 18331, on the protection of personal data and habeas data rights.
