A intensificação de conflitos armados, crises humanitárias prolongadas, deslocações forçada, desastres climáticos e emergências sanitárias globais expõe a insuficiência dos modelos tradicionais de organização dos sistemas de saúde e, em particular, dos paradigmas formativos em enfermagem.
