Abstract

This article examines our planet´s climate, and studies past climetas, to better understand and the natural and anthopogenic changes the esrth has undergone througout its history. The concept of the bio-geo-psycho-chemical metabolism of the earth suggests a self-regulated planetary dynamic boverned by biological, geological, physical, and chemical mechanisms.
