Abstract

THIS PRESENTATION IS ABOUT CHILDREN MUSICAL DEVELOPMENT ACCORDING TO DIFFERENT CONCEPTIONS ON INFANCY AND EDUCATIONAL CONSEQUENCES, BASED ON FILMS AND RECORDINGS. ACCORDING TO THE VISION THAT THE TEACHER ADOPTS, CONSCIOUSLY OR UNCONSCIOUSLY, HE/SHE HAS DIFFERENT KINDS OF INTERACTION WITH CHILDREN, WHICH INFLUENCED THEIR MUSICAL TRAINING. WITH THIS EXPOSITION, WE ALSO PRESENT SOME RESULTS OF A RESEARCH ON DEVELOPMENT OF BABIES INCLUDED ON OUR PROJECT "MUSIC FOR BABIES" (UFRGS/BRAZIL) WHERE WE OBSERVED THE USE THEY GIVE TO THE INSTRUMENT, THEIR SOUND EXCHANGES WITH THEIR PARENTS, THEIR MOVEMENTS, SO THAT WE COULD DETECT THAT MOST APPROPRIATE CHARACTERISTICS WHEN INTERACTING MUSICALLY WITH BABIES.
