An analysis of hygrothermal comfort inside a single-family home using cfd
Main Article Content
Abstract
This paper reports on a hygrothermal comfort analysis performed inside a single-family house located in a warm, humid climate. The study was carried out using the Computerized fluid dynamics (cfd) in the Ansys Fluent software for the management and calculation of variables. Two scenarios were evaluated: with and without obstruction of the entryways. It is understood that the use of cfds in a dedicated program facilitates analysis on a single platform and provides a more robust calculation through the use of different variables in the same process.
