Opacity and null accountability, an inherent problem in financial deregulation

Abstract
This paper will address the importance of accountability of the business and financial sector as a sine qua non element to enable the international financial order that allows the harmonious and equitable development of societies, in a context in which, from privatization and deregulation, the structures and actors that have interference in decision-making and in the actions of governments, or that are simply outside their control, have been modified, which directly affects the possibilities or obstacles for the development of the societies.
