Exploiting Central Bank digital money to stimulate domestic economic activity

Abstract
This document presents a proposal to take advantage of an electronic (digital) monetary system in which accounts and internal transactions, which for the most part must be carried out at the central bank or in a similar entity controlled by the State. The Central Bank is the mediator of the digital currency, if not of all payments, for most, at least a large part of the transaction flows in a country. Therefore, it is proposed that a large part of the small (including one person), medium and large companies move to the money of the digital central bank for their daily activity.
