Political geography of money data

Abstract

A brief overview of the history and the political economy of money, its mechanisms and uses, argues possibilities for democratizing the use of money, in the context of new technologies, through the implementation of economic policy actions for the benefit of the society and preventing them from remaining only for the benefit of the large corporations that concentrate the knowledge and use of money their for exclusive benefit, and that have contributed to generating crises, making them deeper and harmful.
