China in financial globalization

Abstract

The growing interrelation of the Chinese economy with financial globalization has contributed to improve its position as a recipient of external investments and to diversify its sources of credit, but has also subjected it, as will be seen in the conclusions of this article, to turbulences such as a devaluation -non-sought-after currency or unprogrammed capital outflows, unknown phenomena in a financially closed economy.
