Abstract

In my previous essay I proved that, in the context of an uncontrolled transforming capitalism that enslaves society to so-called digital high technology, the only way to salvation was the absolute control of the State over money to fully fulfill its employer missions of first resort (EFR), source of Welfare of first instance (Welfare-source of first resort, WSFR) and wage taker (Wager-taker, WTFR) of first resort. It gave rise to the disclosure of the Revolutionary Monetary Circuit, which began with the simultaneous issuance of debt-free money by the State and the determination of the ex post amount of taxes that canceled a portion of the state money and gross income. It also reveals the Good Permanent Deficit or the net creation of money that reflects the creation of net real income or wealth. In this context, the Bankers Club is discarded: capitalism is perfectly tamed and society can enjoy the best possible future, dealing with fundamental uncertainty.
