The North American Free Trade Agreement, financial territory of free trade

Abstract
Twenty years since its signing, NAFTA has possibly run its course. Among its objectives, those which were viable have created a financial trade area, free and continuous in North America. This process highlights the financial imperative of trilateral trade expansion; but also, as shown in this reflection, that behind these commercial results is a territorial and financial intelligence, truly geostrategic, which promotes extreme "protectionist liberalization" that transcends and exceeds the national capacities of States.
