Abstract

August ends in the middle of a renewed episode of financial crisis, after a succession of bankruptcies and bailouts that have led most of the Western financial world to depression. This episode is even more serious than the previous ones due to the relentless folly of continuing on the path of austerity. The governments of the most powerful countries do not assume any commitment to conduct and neutralize the crisis, they believe that the market will find the path of growth again, and in any case, what corresponds to them is to maintain that fictitious stability, which threatens to deepen and extensive crisis in progress.
