Characterization of the underdevelopment process

Abstract
Based on the assumption that Latin America is in a state of underdevelopment, the proposed method of analysis will be applied in order to examine some of its main functional characteristics and in this way they will try to detect the determining elements of its backwardness and inferred general guidelines of the underdevelopment process.
