How has Bolivia overcome the economic crisis? Challenges

Abstract

This article analyzes several aspects of the performance of the Bolivian economy under President Evo Morales. Diverse aspects relating to the conditions of the country, the region and the global economy are examined in order to explain why the current crisis has not only been neutralized in Bolivia, but has actually brought about positive benefits. In the contest of this positive outcome, the article presents various ongoing difficulties and challenges for the country.
