Robótica Militar y Teoría de la Guerra Justa. Consideraciones éticas ante las armas letales autónomas

Resumen
Desde la aparición y empleo del dron RQ-1/MQ-1 Predator en la década de 1990 por parte de la Fuerza Aérea de los Estados Unidos (USAF) en el contexto del conflicto armado en los Balcanes, el tema de las Armas Letales Autónomas (LAWS o AWS por sus siglas en inglés), gradualmente ha cobrado interés en diversas esferas a nivel global, especialmente en los círculos académicos de los estudios especializados en asuntos estratégicos. Desde entonces, el desarrollo de las LAWS se ha masificado y diversificado, generando una serie de debates que son dignos de análisis. En este contexto, este escrito ofrece una reflexión filosófica, que va más allá de planteamientos teóricos realistas, sobre los impactos que han tenido las LAWS en uno de los aspectos fundamentales para comprender la evolución de la seguridad internacional desde la perspectiva de los estudios estratégicos: la Teoría de la Guerra Justa
