LA AGENDA NEOLIBERAL EN LOS PAÍSES MENOS DESARROLLADOS: UN ENFOQUE RACIONAL

Resumen
La realidad sociopolítica de los PMDs representa varias dificultades para la implementación de políticas neoclásicas que fueron inicialmente concebidas para países desarrollados. Este ensayo cuestiona la conveniencia de la minimización del Estado cuando falta democracia y señala la redistribución del ingreso como un problema muy serio en los pMDs, para el cual la nueva derecha no tiene respuesta. A lo largo de los PMDs, los gobiernos neoliberales han reducido la inflación, pero las diferencias sociales han aumentado demandando así, alternativas.
